Return Policy

Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

Product received is damaged
Wrong item delivered
Product missing from the package
Return Time Limit

Customers must request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.

Proof Required

To process a return or replacement request, customers may need to provide:

Product photos
Unboxing video (if available)
Order ID details
Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

Physical damage caused after delivery
Wrong usage or improper handling
Burnt or short-circuited electronic components
Used or soldered products
Change of mind after purchase
Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly.

For shipment-related issues, customers must contact our support team.

Refund Process
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
COD order refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days after approval.
Replacement Process

After verification, replacement products will be shipped based on product availability.
